Job Description

At Armani Exchange, we are looking for an experienced Support Services Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and ensuring that all support services are running smoothly. We are searching for a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and providing reliable support.To be successful in this position, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and respond to customer inquiries. You should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and practice. Responsibilites:

  1. Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Monitor and maintain all support services to ensure that customers receive a timely and satisfactory resolution to their inquiries.
  3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  4. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions.
  6. Train and mentor other support services technicians.
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  8. Document and update customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  9. Remain current with technology and trends related to customer service.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand.
