In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and ensuring that all support services are running smoothly. Responsibilites:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Monitor and maintain all support services to ensure that customers receive a timely and satisfactory resolution to their inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of technical solutions.
- Train and mentor other support services technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
- Document and update customer information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Remain current with technology and trends related to customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
