1. Receive and unload merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
2. Verify and label all incoming merchandise according to company standards.
3. Organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor, following store layout and visual merchandising guidelines.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock room and sales floor.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
6. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate records of all merchandise received and sold.
8. Collaborate with sales team to ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and easily accessible for customers.
9. Restock merchandise as needed throughout the day to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
10. Assist with customer service duties, such as locating merchandise and processing returns, as needed.
11. Communicate any maintenance or safety issues to management in a timely manner.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
13. Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and accuracy of stockroom and inventory processes.
14. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
15. Represent the Armani Exchange brand and uphold its high standards of quality and customer service.
