Job Description

  1. Maintain organization and flow of merchandise: The Stock Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is properly organized and displayed in accordance with company standards. This includes restocking shelves, folding and arranging clothing, and keeping the store clean and presentable.
  2. Assist with inventory management: The Stock Associate will play a key role in the inventory management process by conducting regular stock checks, reporting any discrepancies, and assisting with restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  3. Provide excellent customer service: The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to assist customers with their shopping needs. This may include answering questions, locating items, and providing suggestions and recommendations.
  4. Uphold brand image and standards: The Stock Associate will be expected to represent the Armani Exchange brand in a positive and professional manner. This includes adhering to dress code, following company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  5. Collaborate with team members: The Stock Associate will work closely with other team members, including sales associates and managers, to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers. This may include assisting with tasks outside of the stock room as needed.

This may include completing tasks in a timely manner and ensuring that merchandise is always available and ready for customers.

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand.
