Stock Associate

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Stock Associate to join the team at Armani Exchange. As a Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our merchandise is accurately stored and maintained in our stockroom and on the sales floor. To be successful in this position, you must have excellent organizational skills, be a reliable and hardworking individual, and be committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. The following qualifications are required: High School diploma or equivalent, previous retail experience in a similar role, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities: • Receive, unpack, and store merchandise in stockroom and on the sales floor • Ensure accuracy of inventory records • Maintain neat and organized appearance of stockroom and sales floor • Utilize the store’s inventory management system for recording and tracking store merchandise • Assist with regular storewide inventory checks • Assist customers with locating merchandise and providing product information • Recommend merchandise to customers based on their needs • Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships • Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager
