  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive wholesale sales for the men's division of Armani Exchange.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and direction to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to ensure the product assortment meets the needs and preferences of wholesale clients.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the fashion industry and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  7. Train and educate sales team on product knowledge, brand values, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
  8. Monitor and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
  9. Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  10. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the Armani Exchange brand.
  11. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and brand representation.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the competition.
  14. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and empowering team members to achieve their goals.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure the team does the same.

Job Qualifications

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand. To accelerate development of the nascent line, Giorgio Armani co-established the joint venture company Presidio Holdings Ltd in 2005 alongside Como Holdings, the company owned by the Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng Seng that, since 1994, has held the production and distribution license for A/X Armani Exchange in the United States, Canada, Central and South America and Asia-Pacific.
