
Merchandise Flow Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Merchandise Flow Manager to join the Armani Exchange team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise is received, handled, and shipped in an efficient and timely manner. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the fashion retail industry and its processes. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the receipt, handling, and shipment of all merchandise.
- Track and report on the performance of the merchandise flow process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of the merchandise flow process.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Research and identify new opportunities to improve the merchandise flow process.
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards for all merchandise.
- Work closely with the buying, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to management and other stakeholders.
