- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude, listening to their needs and preferences, and assisting them in finding the perfect products.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service, following up on their purchases, and keeping them informed about new collections and promotions.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of fashion and current trends, and using this knowledge to assist clients in creating their personal style.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals by actively promoting and selling products and services.
- Maintaining a neat and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and restocking of products.

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and security protocols.

- Upholding the brand image and values of Armani Exchange through personal appearance, demeanor, and behavior.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Understand Their Needs.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Is Desirable For A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange. This Will Enable Them To Provide A High Level Of Customer Service And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Luxury Brands: A Client Advisor Should Have A Good Understanding Of Fashion And Luxury Brands, Particularly Armani Exchange, To Assist Customers With Product Selection And Styling.
Availability For Flexible Working Hours: As A Part-Time Role, A Client Advisor Should Be Available To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate The Store's Busy Periods.
