As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a part-time Client Advisor who is passionate about fashion, has a keen eye for style, and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you are a driven and fashion-forward individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset, we would love to have you join our team at Armani Exchange.

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude, listening to their needs and preferences, and assisting them in finding the perfect products.
  2. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized and attentive service, following up on their purchases, and keeping them informed about new collections and promotions.
  3. Demonstrating a strong understanding of fashion and current trends, and using this knowledge to assist clients in creating their personal style.
  4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  5. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals by actively promoting and selling products and services.
  6. Maintaining a neat and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and restocking of products.
  7. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for all clients.
  9. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.
  10. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and security protocols.
  11. Staying updated on industry and market trends, as well as competitor activities, and sharing this knowledge with colleagues.
  12. Upholding the brand image and values of Armani Exchange through personal appearance, demeanor, and behavior.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Understand Their Needs.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Retail Is Desirable For A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange. This Will Enable Them To Provide A High Level Of Customer Service And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion And Luxury Brands: A Client Advisor Should Have A Good Understanding Of Fashion And Luxury Brands, Particularly Armani Exchange, To Assist Customers With Product Selection And Styling.

  • Availability For Flexible Working Hours: As A Part-Time Role, A Client Advisor Should Be Available To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate The Store's Busy Periods.

  • Sales And Goal-Oriented Mindset: A Successful Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Be Driven By Sales And Have A Goal-Oriented Mindset To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets Set By The Company. Previous Experience In Sales Is A Plus.

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand. To accelerate development of the nascent line, Giorgio Armani co-established the joint venture company Presidio Holdings Ltd in 2005 alongside Como Holdings, the company owned by the Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng Seng that, since 1994, has held the production and distribution license for A/X Armani Exchange in the United States, Canada, Central and South America and Asia-Pacific.
