We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Client Advisor at our flagship store in SoHo. - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Armani Exchange brand and products to effectively assist and educate customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Use strong communication skills to effectively convey product information, promotions, and brand messaging to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and fashion knowledge to provide fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a visually appealing shopping experience.

Previous Sales Experience: A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Fashion Brand. This Experience Should Showcase Their Ability To Meet Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Strong Fashion Knowledge: As A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange, The Individual Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And The Brand's Aesthetic. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Product Offerings, And The Ability To Make Styling Recommendations To Clients.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Client Advisor Should Be An Effective Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing. They Should Be Able To Build Rapport With Clients And Colleagues, As Well As Effectively Communicate Product Information And Promotions.
Proven Track Record Of Client Retention: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships In A Retail Environment. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Anticipate Client Needs, Provide Personalized Service, And Follow Up With Clients To Ensure Their Satisfaction.
