Job Description

Welcome to Armani Exchange, where luxury and style meet accessibility and inclusivity. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a full-time Client Advisor at our flagship store in SoHo. As a Client Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and showcase your exceptional customer service skills while representing the iconic A|X brand.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of the Armani Exchange brand and products to effectively assist and educate customers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
  5. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  6. Use strong communication skills to effectively convey product information, promotions, and brand messaging to customers.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and fashion knowledge to provide fashion advice and styling recommendations to customers.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a visually appealing shopping experience.
  9. Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store goals and objectives.
  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Armani Exchange brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
  13. Utilize sales tools and technology to track and report on sales and customer interactions.
  14. Assist with store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, as needed.
  15. Embrace diversity and inclusivity by providing exceptional service to all customers, regardless of their background, race, gender, or identity.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Luxury Fashion Brand. This Experience Should Showcase Their Ability To Meet Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Strong Fashion Knowledge: As A Client Advisor At Armani Exchange, The Individual Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And The Brand's Aesthetic. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Product Offerings, And The Ability To Make Styling Recommendations To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Client Advisor Should Be An Effective Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing. They Should Be Able To Build Rapport With Clients And Colleagues, As Well As Effectively Communicate Product Information And Promotions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Client Retention: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships In A Retail Environment. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Anticipate Client Needs, Provide Personalized Service, And Follow Up With Clients To Ensure Their Satisfaction.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Armani Exchange Is A High-End, Fast-Paced Retail Environment, And The Client Advisor Should Be Able To Thrive In This Type Of Setting. This Requires The Ability To Multitask, Work Efficiently Under Pressure, And Maintain A Positive Attitude At All Times.

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand. To accelerate development of the nascent line, Giorgio Armani co-established the joint venture company Presidio Holdings Ltd in 2005 alongside Como Holdings, the company owned by the Singaporean tycoon Ong Beng Seng that, since 1994, has held the production and distribution license for A/X Armani Exchange in the United States, Canada, Central and South America and Asia-Pacific. Initially, the company held 25% of Presidio Holdings, with the remaining 75% being in the hands of Como Holdings. In 2008, Giorgio Armani acquired an additional 25% stake. In 2014, it acquired the remaining 50% "ensuring full ownership of the brand, which has 270 stores and over 3,000 employees", the company said in a statement.
