Representative, Human Resources

Assist plant and staff areas with human resource needs related to employment hiring, employee investigations, career development, performance management, and employee promotions, movement, training, and termination. Work with external recruiters to support the achievement of recruiting goals, with a focus on experienced candidates to support plant operations. Coordinate the hiring and in-processing of new college hires (associates) and experienced salaried job candidates, including associates and summer interns.
