
Representative, Human Resources
Assist plant and staff areas with human resource needs related to employment hiring, employee investigations, career development, performance management, and employee promotions, movement, training, and termination. Work with external recruiters to support the achievement of recruiting goals, with a focus on experienced candidates to support plant operations. Coordinate the hiring and in-processing of new college hires (associates) and experienced salaried job candidates, including associates and summer interns. Coordinate participation in local on-boarding and orientation sessions for new hires. Coordinate the scheduling of staff employees in various training and development opportunities. Work with leadership to ensure a diverse workforce with equal opportunities. Ensure the accurate maintenance of appropriate records and reports, including those associated with the Affirmative Action Plan and Vets 100 report. Development and maintenance of key human resource reports using common analysis and reporting applications.
Three or more years of human resource work experience in an industrial environment
Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
SHRM-CP/PHR Certification a plus
