Financial Services Field Support Analyst

This position is also responsible for making decisions to improve the ArcBest A/R file including reviewing, approving and processing revenue reduction requests on a monthly basis, collaborate with the ArcBest Credit Team to minimize company risk as well as pursue the handling of bad debt. Utilize available tools to review revenue adjustment requests and mitigate potential bad debt expense. Resolve customer invoice and billing disputes and account balance inquiries. Resolve issues with delinquent accounts and create solutions that mitigate potential losses for ArcBest. Demonstrate excellent customer service with internal and external customers. Communicate with customers regarding past due accounts and collections. Review and approve adjustments to invoice revenue. Prepare and maintain various regularly and unique reports accurately and timely. Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment.
