Job Description

Performs dally maintenance and custodial operations in County Courthouse and other County buildings. Check all HVAC in Jail, Courthouse, Public Safety Center, and other assigned buildings for routine and preventative maintenance including changing filters periodically. Clean offices and public areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and disposing of trash. Perform woodworking and light building maintenance at County facilities. Adjust cameras at Jail and clean lenses. Clean windows and work showers at jail and Public Safety Center. Change light bulbs and ballast. Maintain door locks at County buildings. Perform light carpentry duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Must be able to safely operate custodial power equipment

  • Must be able to safely move 60 lbs

  • Maintain valid Class C Texas driver's license and good driving record
