We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Staffing Coordinator to join the Aramark team! As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Aramark’s recruitment efforts. You must be passionate about working in HR and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources in a recruitment/staffing environment, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Additionally, you must have strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for open positions within Aramark.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
- Coordinate the recruiting process from start to finish, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers to successful candidates.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and create detailed reports regarding recruitment efforts.
- Monitor and analyze applicant flow and trends to ensure HR goals are met.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics to HR and executive management.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on recruitment processes and procedures.
- Develop relationships with external hiring resources, such as staffing agencies and job boards.
