Job Description

At Aramark, we are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as an HR Compensation Analyst. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze, interpret and report on data to make sound recommendations. The HR Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing expertise and support to the organization in the development and administration of compensation programs.We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual with a strong background in Human Resources, particularly in the area of Compensation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of experience in Compensation, preferably in a large corporate environment. The successful candidate will be adept at using computer systems and software, and be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
