Training of PRIMA Web and providing support to each DOC facility within their region. Manage, and provide DOC Facilities with direction on order guide changes. Insure all products being purchased are in compliance with all guidelines. Build relationships with the DOC by communicating in a timely effective manner. Respond to and resolve vendor/purchasing issues from the field. Identify current approaches and methods of procurement and what can be done to create value with existing tools, including Policy, People, Process and Technology.
