District Training Manager

Maintains friendly, efficient, positive, service-oriented demeanor and communication with customers, clients, leadership, employees, and co-workers. Responsible for execution of all required training programs and SOP adherence for all departments to establish a sustainable, engaged workplace culture that is deep-rooted in learning, development, and safety. Facilitates and executes the training of all new hires and the coaching and re-training of existing employees. Supports the Performance Management process, as required, in collaboration with location leadership. Responsible for coordination and completion of annual training required for Amtrak Logistics Services business; prepares and facilitates training sessions along with the operations managers either virtually or on site. Evaluates SOPs and recommend any needed changes to respective SOP owners.
