Director Specialty Supply Chain - Local Procurement

Build and Manage supplier relationships, including regional, local, small, diverse owned businesses and related supplier development programs. Utilize Strategic Sourcing processes to identify, evaluate and select new suppliers. Negotiate and finalize supplier contracts. Identify and initiate productivity projects and improved cost efficiencies across the supply base. Work collaboratively with Supply Chain and Procurement teams, the Business Units, Culinary, Operations and Sales and Consumer Insights teams. Be an active part of the sales and retention efforts, providing local supply chain solutions. Work collaboratively across the Procurement and Supply Chain organization to achieve broader priority targets including growth agenda, transformation platform, SKU rationalization, supplier diversity, sustainability commitments, innovation and brand development. Assist with resolving supplier issues - e.g. quality issues, material availability, exceptional charges due to extraordinary requests to supplier, etc. Develop and communicate new supplier program announcements.
