Digital Learning Lead

As a Digital Learning Lead, you will be a critical contributor to two team priorities: helping Aramark employees learn to use new digital tools, and using new digital tools to help Aramark employees learn. Work with a global project team to implement a training strategy for regional deployments of a new human capital management system via digital adoption tools and/or other means. Serve as the primary training lead for multiple regional deployments, including initial content development, ongoing content management, and content translation as necessary. Serve as a learning consultant for internal SMEs by understanding desired outcomes, then proposing and developing digital learning solutions yourself and/or identifying third-party partners to deliver results on tight timelines. Lead focus groups with business leaders to identify challenges they’re facing, then recommend and create digital content to address those challenges in an easily-accessible, user-centric way. Develop need-driven content that supports employee performance – e.g. checklists, quick guides, top tips, job aids and more.
