
Compensation Analyst
Partner with HR Technology to lead and deliver the annual compensation review process and ensures the integrity of compensation structure data in the HR system to support compensation data analytics. Prepare annual compensation review process materials, systems, and reporting. Provide compensation related communications and education to HR, leaders, and employees. Provide interpretation of policies and procedures as they relate to compensation and recommend solutions to problems or issues not covered by established practices. Develop analytics and modeling for use by management to facilitate compensation management decisions. Develop and maintain compensation structure and programs, conduct benchmarking and evaluate new positions to determine grade assignments, conduct compression analyses.
5+ years of compensation experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing and performing multiple tasks
