Prepare annual compensation review process materials, systems, and reporting. Provide compensation related communications and education to HR, leaders, and employees. Provide interpretation of policies and procedures as they relate to compensation and recommend solutions to problems or issues not covered by established practices. Develop analytics and modeling for use by management to facilitate compensation management decisions. Develop and maintain compensation structure and programs, conduct benchmarking and evaluate new positions to determine grade assignments, conduct compression analyses.
