
Business Process Manager
Anticipate needs to accelerate project deliverables; capable of identifying and removing obstacles to change; complete projects on time, within scope and budget. The Business Process Manager (BPM) will drive strategic projects and process improvement efforts through the full project cycle, managing multi-disciplinary teams for Aramark’s Finance Project Management Office (PMO). He/She is responsible for working with all levels of the organization, juggling multiple priorities, communicating project plans, creating and reporting out project status and identifying and raising any issues/risks to the project. In addition, the BPM will mentor and help develop other team members.
Proven track record of managed delivery with consistent timeliness and quality outcomes
Minimum 5 years demonstrated project management experience in large, multi-functional organization
Accounting & Finance experience a plus
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience directing the work of others and coordinate diverse cross functional teams
