Chair weekly sessions with business users to prioritize enhancements and defects to package software releases. Update and maintain the enhancement/defect tracking tool through the project life cycle. Manage production support questions and issues by coordinating with the development team, following up and communicating results with the customer. Update test cases; execute system and regression testing. Document and follow test defects through to resolution. Review and verify reported application defects. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing sessions and obtain sign-off on UAT from the business owners. Deliver training on corporate systems covered by the business analysis group. Create customer release notes and training materials. Identify, design, and implement continuous IT process improvements.
