PCB Supervisor

The PCB Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the shift production. This position will ensure superior service to customers, with a strong focus on cost, quality and on-time delivery. Conduct daily Safety Observation Tours with team leaders, operators, maintenance leaders, quality leaders thru the manufacturing area to identify and correct potential safety risk. Promote 5S culture thru the team members. Monitor and improve every day. Promote a quality culture to the team members (Not pass-Not allow defects), Not orphan parts or overproduction. Drive to zero quality complaints culture, develop Rapid Problem Solving documents and participate on action plan meetings.
