Operations Supervisor

Final Assembly is a key position role within Aptiv's Brookhaven, MS operations. The position includes direct responsibility for the administration and performance of the Final Assembly Operators. Conduct daily Safety Observation Tours with team leaders, operators, maintenance leaders, quality leaders thru the manufacturing area to identify and correct potential safety risk. The Operations Supervisor - Final Assembly will ensure that all areas of responsibility in the production department continually meet or exceed organizational objectives and be capable of building, developing, and managing strong teams and establishing a performance-based culture around accountability and manufacturing excellence. Promote a quality culture to the team members (Not pass-Not allow defects), Not orphan parts or overproduction.
