Thin Film Metrology Application Engineer

Develop unique process control metrology solutions for the semiconductor industry. Prior experience with metrology equipment for the measurement of, among others, thickness, composition, optical properties, critical dimension, electrical, and defectivity in thin films relevant for semiconductor manufacturing is highly desirable.
