Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Development And Troubleshooting Processes.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Internal Teams.
Ability To Work Independently And Handle Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
