
Sales Operations
Lead or participate in design, development and maintenance of KPI projects, metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to improve transparency and drive quicker and better business decisions. Work closely with SFDC Program Manager to support the BRD (Business Requirements Document) Process to ensure projects meet deadlines and milestones based on business priorities. Understand impact of changes to other BRD projects, requirements and timeline. Partner with GIS to establish Framework for BRDs, User Acceptance Testing and Audits. Create training material and documentation, deliver training and support end users.
