
S&OP Program Director

- Develop and implement an effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) program in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the entire S&OP process, including forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination in the S&OP program.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure effective execution of the S&OP program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in S&OP and supply chain management and implement them within the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth execution of the S&OP program.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on the progress and performance of the S&OP program.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact the S&OP program and proactively implement solutions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the S&OP program and the supply chain function as a whole.
- Develop and manage the budget for the S&OP program, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences to showcase the S&OP program and promote the company's capabilities.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on supply chain and S&OP related matters.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management and S&OP.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the S&OP program.
Extensive Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate For The S&Op Program Director Position At Applied Materials Should Have A Strong Background In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In This Field. This Should Include Experience In Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Production Scheduling.
