  • Develop and implement performance management strategies and programs to drive employee engagement and support overall organizational performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on performance-related matters, providing guidance and coaching on performance improvement and career development.
  • Partner with leaders and managers to identify and address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training and development programs that support employee growth and development.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution on employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for action.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry professionals to stay current on best practices and trends in performance management and employee relations.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, working closely with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to performance management and employee relations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management And Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices Related To Performance Management And Employee Relations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience In Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues, Such As Investigations, Conflict Resolution, And Performance Improvement Plans.
