- Develop and implement performance management strategies and programs to drive employee engagement and support overall organizational performance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on performance-related matters, providing guidance and coaching on performance improvement and career development.
- Partner with leaders and managers to identify and address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training and development programs that support employee growth and development.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution on employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for action.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open communication and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry professionals to stay current on best practices and trends in performance management and employee relations.
- Participate in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, working closely with leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to performance management and employee relations.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Performance Management And Employee Relations, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices Related To Performance Management And Employee Relations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels.
Experience In Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues, Such As Investigations, Conflict Resolution, And Performance Improvement Plans.
