  10. Uphold data privacy and security protocols while handling sensitive employee data.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools for HR analytics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Hr Analytics Or Data Analysis, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or R.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Clients.
