  1. Manage material requirements and processes for new product introductions.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production ramp-up.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and suppliers.
  4. Develop and implement material strategies that support the company's goals.
  5. Monitor and track material inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production.
  6. Analyze and mitigate risks related to material availability and delivery.
  7. Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms for materials.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of material plans.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the supply chain.
  11. Monitor and report on material performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on material planning and program management best practices.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, related to material planning and management.
  15. Drive efficiency and optimize supply chain processes to support the company's goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Material Program Management Or Supply Chain Management In A High-Tech Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Inventory Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Suppliers.
