  1. Develop and implement trade compliance due diligence procedures and processes for global operations.
  2. Oversee and manage the trade compliance due diligence team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant global regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to export controls, sanctions, and customs requirements.
  4. Review and analyze potential transactions and business partners to identify potential compliance risks.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments to ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance and support for business activities.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry organizations.
  8. Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and communicate any necessary updates to the company.
  9. Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as required.
  11. Continuously assess and improve the trade compliance due diligence process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  12. Communicate and escalate any potential compliance issues to senior management and provide recommendations for resolution.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all trade compliance due diligence activities.
  14. Ensure all trade compliance due diligence activities are completed within established timelines and deadlines.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of ethics and compliance within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Trade Compliance Regulations: A Manager, Trade Compliance Due Diligence Should Have A Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Export Controls, Sanctions, And Customs Laws.

  • Experience In Conducting Due Diligence: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Conducting Due Diligence For Trade Compliance, Including Assessing Potential Risks And Identifying Gaps In Compliance Processes.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Information To Identify Potential Compliance Risks And Develop Effective Strategies For Mitigating Them.

  • Attention To Detail: Trade Compliance Is A Highly Regulated And Detail-Oriented Field, And A Manager In This Role Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure All Processes And Procedures Are In Line With Applicable Regulations.

  • Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Manager, Trade Compliance Due Diligence, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Other Departments. Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing And Coordinating Trade Compliance Efforts Within The Organization.
