  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service and field engineers to ensure the highest level of service and support for our customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Monitor and track customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service plans for new products.
  5. Recruit, train, and mentor customer service and field engineering team members.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for the customer service and field engineering department.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our service offerings meet or exceed industry standards.
  9. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of service engineers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  10. Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, promoting strong customer loyalty.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline service operations and increase efficiency.
  14. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  15. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  16. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service and field engineering team.
  18. Stay updated on product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to customers.
  19. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  20. Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer service and field engineering performance, including any potential risks or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Field Related To Applied Materials' Products And Services.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Field Service Engineers And Interact With Customers.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Applied Materials' Products And Services, As Well As The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Customer Relationships And Ensuring High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
