- Conduct training and awareness programs: Develop and conduct training and awareness programs for employees to educate them on insider risk and how to prevent potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and IT, to ensure a coordinated approach to managing insider risk.
- Maintain confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Cybersecurity Or Risk Management Role.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Risk Assessment Methodologies.
Knowledge Of Insider Threat Detection And Mitigation Strategies.
