As an Insider Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential risks posed by employees, contractors, and other insiders.   1. Conduct risk assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of potential risks posed by employees, contractors, and other insiders to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to the company.
  2. Monitor insider activity: Monitor and analyze employee and insider activity to identify any potential security breaches or malicious intent.
  3. Investigate security incidents: Investigate and analyze any security incidents or breaches, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and prevent future incidents.
  4. Develop and implement security protocols: Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect against insider threats.
  5. Utilize data analysis tools: Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and anomalies in employee activity that may indicate potential risks.
  6. Communicate findings: Prepare and present reports and findings to management and other stakeholders, providing recommendations for mitigating risks and improving security measures.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in insider risk management and implement best practices to ensure the company's security practices are up to date.
  8. Conduct training and awareness programs: Develop and conduct training and awareness programs for employees to educate them on insider risk and how to prevent potential threats.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and IT, to ensure a coordinated approach to managing insider risk.
  10. Maintain confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
