  1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and other financial planning activities.
  4. Prepare and present reports and presentations to communicate financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

  7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial forecasting and planning.

  10. Continuously improve and streamline financial processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.
  12. Train and mentor junior financial analysts in financial analysis techniques and best practices.
  13. Provide support and guidance to management in making informed financial decisions.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into financial analysis and recommendations.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Sets Of Financial Data.

  • Proficient In Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques, As Well As Financial Software And Tools Such As Sap, Oracle, And Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
