  1. Develop and design innovative mechanical solutions for FEP chambers used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  2. Utilize expertise in mechanical engineering principles to ensure high-quality and reliable designs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide solutions that meet technical and business objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential design issues and propose effective solutions.
  5. Create detailed design documentation and drawings for FEP chambers, including 3D models and 2D drawings.
  6. Perform design calculations, simulations, and testing to validate designs and ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize existing designs to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
  8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in mechanical design to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  10. Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs within agreed-upon deadlines.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards in the design process.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to support their professional development.
  13. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve designs and processes.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the design process.
  15. Maintain accurate records of design and testing processes, results, and changes made.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Chamber Mechanical Design For Semiconductor Equipment.

  • Proficient In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad.

  • Knowledge Of Semiconductor Processing And Equipment, Specifically In Front End Of Line (Feol) Processes.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
