  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of global trade regulations and changes in trade policies.
  3. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the efficient and timely movement of goods across international borders.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with export regulations.
  5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any export-related issues or concerns.
  6. Stay updated on changes in export regulations and advise the company on potential impacts.
  7. Manage the export license application process and maintain accurate records.
  8. Analyze export data and identify areas for improvement in export operations.
  9. Work closely with shipping and logistics teams to ensure proper documentation and packaging for international shipments.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with customs officials and other government agencies to ensure smooth clearance of goods.
  11. Participate in training programs to educate employees on export compliance and regulations.
  12. Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding export processes and regulations.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for efficient and compliant export operations.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any potential export compliance issues.
  15. Continuously improve export processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Export Trade Operations, Preferably In A High-Tech Manufacturing Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Export Regulations, Compliance, And International Trade Policies

  • Experience With Export Documentation, Customs Clearance, And Coordinating Shipments To International Locations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners
