- Conduct thorough research on current and upcoming employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
- Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents related to employment law matters.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents related to employment law cases.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as government agencies and outside counsel, regarding employment law issues.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on employment law matters, including employee relations, wage and hour laws, discrimination, and harassment.
- Assist in the preparation of legal presentations and trainings for employees and management.
- Review and analyze employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal investigations and gather evidence for employment law cases.

Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In The Legal Field Is Essential For A Career As An Employment Law Paralegal. A Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or A Related Field Provides The Necessary Foundation For Understanding Legal Principles And Procedures.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Title Vii, Ada, Fmla, And Flsa. This Knowledge Will Enable The Paralegal To Effectively Assist With Legal Research, Document Preparation, And Case Management.
Experience In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department: Previous Experience Working In A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department, Specifically In The Area Of Employment Law, Is Highly Desirable. This Experience Will Provide The Candidate With A Strong Understanding Of The Day-To-Day Tasks And Responsibilities Of An Employment Law Paralegal.
Strong Research And Writing Skills: Employment Law Cases Often Involve Complex Legal Issues And Require Extensive Research And Writing. A Qualified Candidate Should Possess Excellent Research And Writing Skills To Effectively Assist Attorneys In Preparing Legal Documents, Briefs, And Memos.
