
Analyst, Trade Compliance Assurance

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of trade compliance processes and procedures to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze changes in trade regulations and laws to ensure company's compliance and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide guidance and support to supply chain teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations and laws.
- Conduct training and education programs for employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of trade compliance activities and transactions.
- Investigate and resolve any potential trade compliance violations or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve trade compliance processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trade compliance to continuously improve company's practices.
- Communicate with government agencies and third-party organizations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field With A Focus On International Trade Or Global Compliance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance Or Related Role, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Knowledge Of U.s. Export Control Regulations, Including Ear, Itar, And Ofac.
Familiarity With Global Trade Regulations, Such As Eu Dual-Use Regulations, Canada's Export Control List, And China's Export Control Law.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations And Laws In A Practical Business Context.
