If so, Applied Materials is seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Trade Compliance Assurance team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company's compliance with international trade laws and regulations, while also supporting our global supply chain operations.   1. Conduct regular audits and assessments of trade compliance processes and procedures to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in trade regulations and laws to ensure company's compliance and mitigate risks.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Provide guidance and support to supply chain teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations and laws.
  5. Conduct training and education programs for employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation and records of trade compliance activities and transactions.
  7. Investigate and resolve any potential trade compliance violations or issues.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve trade compliance processes and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trade compliance to continuously improve company's practices.
  10. Communicate with government agencies and third-party organizations to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field With A Focus On International Trade Or Global Compliance.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance Or Related Role, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.

  • Knowledge Of U.s. Export Control Regulations, Including Ear, Itar, And Ofac.

  • Familiarity With Global Trade Regulations, Such As Eu Dual-Use Regulations, Canada's Export Control List, And China's Export Control Law.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Apply Complex Regulations And Laws In A Practical Business Context.
