In this role, you will be responsible for conducting trade compliance audits, managing documentation, and providing guidance to our international operations.   1. Conduct trade compliance audits to ensure that Applied Materials is in compliance with all relevant trade regulations.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate documentation of trade compliance activities and findings.
  3. Provide guidance and support to international operations to ensure they are aware of and adhering to trade compliance regulations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant teams.
  5. Analyze trade data and identify areas for improvement in trade compliance processes.
  6. Develop and implement trade compliance training programs for employees to promote ethical and compliant business practices.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trade compliance policies and procedures are being followed.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential trade compliance risks and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
  9. Communicate with external agencies and government bodies as needed to address trade compliance issues.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate trade compliance processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance Or International Trade Regulations

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Trade Compliance Regulations And Processes, Including Import/Export Laws, Sanctions, And Export Controls

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
