
Analyst, Trade Compliance Assurance

- Conduct trade compliance audits to ensure that Applied Materials is in compliance with all relevant trade regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation of trade compliance activities and findings.
- Provide guidance and support to international operations to ensure they are aware of and adhering to trade compliance regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant teams.
- Analyze trade data and identify areas for improvement in trade compliance processes.
- Develop and implement trade compliance training programs for employees to promote ethical and compliant business practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trade compliance policies and procedures are being followed.
- Identify and escalate any potential trade compliance risks and work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Communicate with external agencies and government bodies as needed to address trade compliance issues.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate trade compliance processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance Or International Trade Regulations
Strong Understanding Of Global Trade Compliance Regulations And Processes, Including Import/Export Laws, Sanctions, And Export Controls
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
