Algorithm Engineer

This position is within the Semiconductor Products Group (SPG), responsible for development and commercialization of all semiconductor fabrication equipment offered by Applied Materials. Conception, development and productization of algorithmic solutions that address high value problem statements. Implementation of computer vision and image processing algorithms using MATLAB, Python, OpenCV. Rapid prototyping and validation of new machine learning, deep learning and image processing algorithms Knowledge of common ML/deep learning frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch & Scikit-learn and experience of end to end model deployment. Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Acts as mentor and resource for colleagues.
