  1. Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify potential candidates for the 2025 Supply Chain MBA Rotational Development Program.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement a comprehensive rotational program that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  3. Facilitating the recruitment and selection process for the program, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  4. Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in the program.
  5. Developing and delivering training and development programs for participants, including both technical and leadership skills.
  6. Creating and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment for program participants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Providing mentorship and guidance to program participants, helping them navigate their rotational assignments and develop their careers within the company.
  8. Monitoring and evaluating the progress and performance of program participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
  9. Working closely with supply chain leaders to identify and assign challenging and meaningful rotational assignments for program participants.
  10. Continuously seeking opportunities for program improvement and innovation, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
