- Act as a subject matter expert for business operations processes and procedures.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the customer care team.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in processes and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Business Operations Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sql.
Familiarity With Apple Products And Services, And A Passion For Providing Exceptional Customer Care And Support.
