  1. Develop and implement user research studies to support the development of innovative products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to define research objectives, design study protocols, and analyze data.
  3. Manage research participant recruitment and scheduling processes to ensure timely and efficient execution of studies.
  4. Maintain and improve research operations systems, tools, and processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of user research.
  5. Ensure adherence to research ethics and data privacy guidelines in all user research activities.
  6. Analyze and synthesize research data to extract key insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and make recommendations for process improvements.
  9. Provide technical support for user research equipment and software.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on user research operations processes and best practices.
  11. Handle project management tasks, such as creating timelines, tracking progress, and managing budgets.
  12. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues with user research studies and propose solutions.
  13. Communicate project updates and findings to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  14. Contribute to the development of user research strategy and drive continuous improvement in research operations.
  15. Represent the user research team in cross-functional meetings and present research findings to various audiences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In User Research Operations, Preferably In A Technology Or Consumer-Focused Company.

  • Proficiency In Research Operations Tools And Methodologies, Such As Userzoom, Usertesting, And Survey Software.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Organize And Prioritize Multiple Research Projects And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Including Designers, Product Managers, And Researchers.
