
Training Instructional Designer

- Develop and design training materials: Create engaging and effective training materials, including instructor-led presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Conduct training needs analysis: Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and determine the most appropriate and effective learning solutions.
- Utilize instructional design principles: Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create engaging and effective training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts: Partner with subject matter experts to gather and organize content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Incorporate innovative learning technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and incorporate them into training programs as appropriate.
- Review and revise training materials: Continuously review and update training materials to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and meet the needs of the target audience.
- Deliver training sessions: Conduct training sessions for employees, either in person or virtually, and ensure a positive and effective learning experience.
- Evaluate training effectiveness: Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage training projects: Effectively manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality training programs on schedule.
- Maintain training records: Maintain accurate records of training materials, attendance, and evaluations to track training progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices: Stay current with industry best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve training programs.
- Communicate effectively: Communicate with stakeholders, including managers and employees, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with training objectives and business goals.
- Uphold company values: Embody and promote the company's values and culture in all training materials and interactions with employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Designing And Developing Training Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Proficiency In Using Instructional Design Software Such As Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Or Camtasia.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
