  1. Develop and design training programs that align with Apple's core values and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the knowledge and skills required for various roles within the company.
  4. Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and impactful training content.
  5. Design and develop training materials, such as presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  6. Use various delivery methods, such as in-person, virtual, and self-paced, to deliver training to employees.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization and employees.
  8. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training materials and messaging.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously enhance training programs.
  10. Work closely with trainers and facilitators to ensure a smooth and effective delivery of training programs.
  11. Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to improve their delivery techniques and ensure consistency in training delivery.
  12. Collaborate with the learning management system team to upload and maintain training materials.
  13. Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
  15. Represent Apple in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our culture and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Technology Or Corporate Training Setting.

  • Proficiency With Instructional Design Software And Tools, Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, And Camtasia.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Subject Matter Experts And Stakeholders To Develop Effective Training Materials.
