  1. Oversee and manage all testing activities for the Sales Applications team, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our sales applications.
  3. Lead a team of software testers and provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets project goals and deadlines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
  5. Identify and prioritize testing needs, including test cases, scenarios, and environments.
  6. Conduct thorough and rigorous testing of all sales applications, including regression, functional, and integration testing.
  7. Monitor and track defects, escalate critical issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  8. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business partners.
  10. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software testing.
  11. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to improve the testing process.
  12. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  13. Take ownership of testing deliverables and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  14. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
  15. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Applications Testing: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Testing Sales Applications, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Test Lead, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Testers, Therefore, Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Are A Must.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Apple Products And Sales Processes: The Test Lead Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Apple's Products And Sales Processes To Effectively Test The Sales Applications And Identify Any Potential Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Test Lead Needs To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams Such As Developers, Product Managers, And Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Crucial To Ensure Smooth Coordination And Timely Delivery Of High-Quality Test Results.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Test Lead Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Analyze Complex Sales Application Processes And Identify Potential Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Resolve Any Problems That Arise During The Testing Phase.
