
Staffing & Planning Business Analyst

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to create and maintain staffing plans for various teams and departments within the organization.
- Conduct analysis of current and future staffing needs based on business objectives and growth projections, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and patterns in hiring and staffing, and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain tools and processes for tracking and reporting on staffing metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between staffing plans and business goals, and provide support in identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on staffing and planning best practices, and provide guidance and training to hiring managers and team members as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of staffing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining and improving staffing processes, such as automation and technology solutions.
- Monitor and analyze external market trends and competitor data to inform staffing strategies and ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and provide updates on staffing plans, metrics, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance team to develop and maintain accurate budget and forecasting models for staffing expenses.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in staffing and planning, and proactively make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding staffing needs and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Staffing And Planning Analysis, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Forecasting.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
