- Design and implement complex network solutions for Apple's global network
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain network architecture standards and best practices
- Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions
- Conduct thorough research on new networking technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Lead and mentor junior network engineers in the team
- Work closely with vendors to evaluate and procure network equipment and services
- Create and maintain documentation of network designs, configurations, and procedures
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates and recommendations on network initiatives
- Continuously drive improvements in network infrastructure to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Large-Scale Global Networks For Multi-National Corporations, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role.
Proficiency In Network Architecture And Design, Including Lan, Wan, And Wireless Technologies, As Well As Experience With Network Security Protocols And Solutions.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Network Infrastructure, Such As Tcp/Ip, Bgp, Mpls, And Sdn.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Network Solutions On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
