1. Conduct research and analysis to understand the latest advancements in power management and architecture for SoC designs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop power modeling methodologies for SoC designs.
3. Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive power models for various SoC components.
4. Conduct power simulations and analysis to validate and optimize power consumption in SoC designs.
5. Identify potential power optimization opportunities and propose solutions to improve overall power efficiency.
6. Work closely with SoC design and verification teams to ensure power model accuracy and consistency throughout the design process.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power management and provide recommendations for adoption in our SoC designs.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide insights and recommendations to improve power efficiency.
9. Troubleshoot and debug any issues related to power consumption in SoC designs.
10. Document power modeling methodologies and results for future reference and use in future projects.
11. Continuously improve and optimize power modeling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on power modeling progress and issues.
13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality results within the given deadlines.
14. Proactively identify and propose solutions for any potential roadblocks or challenges in the power modeling process.
15. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills in SoC power modeling.
