- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) department.
- Manage and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available, scalable, and reliable systems for Apple's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the reliability and uptime of systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Continuously assess and enhance team processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in SRE and implement them in the team's processes.
- Manage team resources and budget to ensure successful completion of projects within given timelines.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Identify and address any skill gaps within the team and provide training and development opportunities as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for upper management and communicate project updates and progress effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.

Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Site Reliability Engineers (Sres). This Includes Strong Leadership Skills, Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Drive Results Through Collaboration And Communication.
Deep Understanding Of Devops Principles And Practices, With A Focus On Automation, Monitoring, And Incident Response. Strong Knowledge Of Tools And Technologies Used In Sre, Such As Kubernetes, Terraform, And Prometheus.
Proven Experience In Managing Large-Scale, Highly Available And Resilient Systems In A Fast-Paced Environment. Ability To Design And Implement Solutions That Improve System Reliability, Scalability, And Performance.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Issues Across Multiple Systems And Platforms. Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail To Identify Potential Risks And Recommend Preventive Measures.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Experience With Agile Methodologies And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
