  1. Develop and implement quality standards and calibration processes for all Apple products and services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
  3. Create and maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Quality Standards and Calibration team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality standards and calibration to continuously improve Apple's processes.
  6. Develop and execute training programs for employees to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards and calibration processes.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  8. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on quality standards and calibration initiatives and progress.
  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and calibration processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on quality-related matters.
  11. Drive a culture of customer focus and satisfaction by ensuring the highest level of quality in all Apple products and services.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the Quality Standards and Calibration team.
  13. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve quality standards and calibration processes.
  14. Stay informed of relevant regulations and standards and ensure Apple's compliance.
  15. Represent Apple in external quality-related meetings and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 9001, Iso 13485, And Fda Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Calibration Processes And Techniques.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
